I called ahead to find out what I need in order to return an item I purchased on staples.com They said I just need the order number. Once at the store, they said the "original invoice" is needed. I would like to point out to management that I walked past several employees with no help or acknowledgement. If I want to buy office supplies, i would rather go to Walmart than this store... That's right... Walmart.
