I had the best customer service experience EVER at the Midland Staples store. I purchased a Kindle HD and also purchased the warranty plan with it. At a little under 2 years, I started having problems with the Kindle not charging. The employee at the store (Bryon Cain) was very helpful with assisting me with submitting my claim to the "old" warranty company (they have since switched to a better...
Staples in Midland is horrible at getting product made on a timely matter. Said anything ordered before
2pm should be done in 4 hrs. I ordered few business cards at 10 or 11am and it's not 3pm and they told me another 45 min. The workers then stood there telling stories and then one went to break. The customer service is horrible and they don't ask you if you need help or explain what's going...
It is 8:45 in the morning and the only customer in the store. You would think I could get a tiny bit of help finding what I'm looking for... Usually I have good luck here but was looking for a specific label # today and no luck on my own.
