As many others have commented, customer service stinks. I needed a "computer chair." I found the chair/desk area. I located a salesperson. He was talking to, who I assumed, was another customer....

Sales people are friendly but clueless. I needed a printer and asked for help. Their "trained professional" read the card on the front of each printer just like I would have. Eventually sent me home with the wrong printer. He told me it was wireless. After hours trying to get my laptop to recognize it I found out it was not WiFi capable. Not to mention, my first 2 choices were not in stock.
