I always come to staples to print out etsy invitations for various parties that I host, and am usually very pleased with them. This place sucks! They have only one person working at the copy and print center and many customers waiting for 15+ minutes for a job that should take 2 minutes. Big store, no help, nothing...
I don't know what it is about your store but the staff (at least at the copy place) is consistenttly unfriendly, unhelpful and remarkable disrespectful. Not my experience in any other branch.
Got the job done which was to get a couple of print outs at the self-serve station. Very clean and big store, friendly staff. The internet connection is so much faster than the FedEx self serve printing station.
