their customer service sucks. i took my tower to them for a BACKUP & restore. The only did the restore, lost five years worth of my kids high school pictures. I can never get them back. They kept the tower for 30 days to intensely go thru tower - Unbelievable - i wrote their corporate - i got "we appreciate your feedback regarding your experience" they will not reimburse my for anything...
