Next time I'll go to another Staples. First -- this location is small. Small in not great selection and not as organized (comparing to Dedham & Norwood). Brought a computer in to ship to Florida via ups. They packed it shipped it and broke it. Insured it for $800. Staples refused to give me a repair estimate, which is required to process the claim. Never use ups or staples for anything.
