The associates are helpful and informative. Zach in the copy center is awesome, laken knows where everything is in office supplies and they have a tech guy who is really informative, too. There is also a manager there named vicky who seems to be all over the place and really tries to help the customer. I didn't find the south portland store to be so friendly.
