I wish I had never decided to do business with this place. There were a myriad of poor customer service problems when I bought my HP Desktop there. I should have gone to Best Buy, but the model and the price were what I wanted. Huge mistake! Since the unit I bought had problems with the CD ROM drive, I called and asked if I could bring it back in to have them take a look. ""AJ"" the tech person asked me if I bought the ""extended warranty"". I said ""no"". He said that he couldn't even look at it since I didn't. I didn't want him to fix it, just look at it. It has been less than 30 days....
