After 2 years of using this place for printing services, I am finally throwing in the towel and taking my business elsewhere. I've dealt with poor customer service with waiting half an hour on hold for someone to answer a phone, no call back for hours after being told it would be a few minutes, and just general rudeness from whomever was answering the phone in printing that day.
