Here is why I will never buy paper from ANY Staples ANYWHERE ever again. Phony, jacked up prices with "easy mail-in rebates". Stopped by this location for the first time since the copy and print center at the Brighton location was out of service. Was really satisfied with my experience at this location. The associates were very friendly and helped me quickly. I placed an order for bonded portfolios and was able to pick them up same day …

The Teacher's Reward Card is just a scam. I've presented it to them for years when buying stuff. I recently went to the Card's web site where I learned that I've earned exactly no credits. I should mention that I've probably recycled 20 cartridges at the store, thinking I would get credit. Nope

Tried to get copies of my uncles CD book, that we made, We copy righted, once I convinced them that it was our copyright, it was one lie after another. The copier was broken, the paper was out, the cutter wasn't working (what..?), there was no ink. Half the time she was trying to 'help me', she was texting on her phone. Never have I ever been so disappointed in the customer service in a store.
