Store woefully understaffed only waited 20 minutes to check out and then found out the front door didn't work! You cannot let a store stay open with such a serious safety issue. If it happens again I will call the fire marshal. However my experience was so bad I'll just go to another store unless this is the last store on earth.

I just bought two flash drives in Staples.I only found this page because I was trying to find out what the Staples return policy is for unopened flash drives.Are they electronics or office supplies? I would think they have more in common with unopened unexpired ink cartridges, than with Laptops or Cameras. That should make them eligible for anytime returns of unopened items, which seems a lot...
