Well where to start. The service was great. The employees were polite. The fact that my account was charged $730 twice....not so cool. Now comes the runaround. Since my account was overcharged and Stanley Steemer is not refunding our money until a week from now our other bills are bouncing and they continue to give my wife and I the runaround. Too bad. That's another customer lost...and money...

We just got a new puppy and are in the process of house training her. She had a few accidents and we couldn't get the smells out of the carpet. We called Stanley Steemer and they use a protectant and deoderizer. We also bought a bottle of spotter from them. The smells and stains came out and the carpet is now protected from future stains setting in. Very pleased.

Bathroom Flood

My upstairs bathroom flooded over and my floors were covered in water. I had it contained, but had no way of getting the water out. Stanley Steemer came out and extracted the water from my house and helped clean up the damage.\t\n

click on this link to see three photos that show very clearly what I have described...this carpet used to be uniform in color now it is patchy ALL over!!! I understand the traffic areas would be darker but the pics include areas (like upstairs loft in a corner area) that no one even walks on!! Also our pets are housetrained so there is no pet urine...

I took a look at some of your photos. (what I'm assuming are your photos, ,there were over 11,000 labeled 'carpet', 'etysinger' maybe?? dated May 25th)
The first picture I saw showed no stains, it did however show what we call a traffic...
