No frills amazing burger

This is a very classic burger joint/dive bar. The burgers a plain and simple and really good. The decor is fun and old and the staff are all nice and friendly. You can't beat the prices either. Probably the only perfect place in PDX for a cheap but killer burger, fries, and beer!

I read a lot of conflicting reviews on this place so I had to try it for myself. If you like a really good burger you won't be disappointed. If you're a clean freak you may be. If you like good service and friendly banter you won't be. I'll go again when I'm in the neighborhood.

Every aspect of this place was unbelievably good. The food!! Our party had three different meals and they were each to die for. I had the lemon chicken which was the best chicken I have ever had. The service was perfect and the ambience of the restaurant was casual romantic. If you are in Portland this is a must eat!

Stanich's looks like a tavern but kids are welcome. It's not a fancy place but if you love big juicy hamburgers, you'll be glad you stopped in.
