Rent just keeps going up

I've signed my last lease that I will sign here. Rent has just gone up for the second time in three years plus we now have to pay for water sewer and trash. Carpet is cheap and wears badly, you can hear the neighbors constantly, pool hours aren't long enough for those of us that work an 8-5 job and garages have almost doubled in price. I absolutely love my apartment at Standing Bear Lake. There is a path/bike trail directly to the lake right by my apartment and it's just outside of the city for a less industrial feel.
