Awesome service, extremely professional. I called them late, about 8:45pm because I couldn't get my pilot light to stay lit. Their on-call service answered and had one of their techs return my call within 15 minutes. The tech Steve was very knowledgeable and explained pricing over the phone. We went with a tankless water heater this summer and had some issues with our unit. Stan's crew was able to come in and fix problems that the manufacturer's rep couldn't. great job, guys!
