bad manners

I called this place for the first place and the guy told me that I had called him several times asking for the same products!!!! He was very rude to me on the phone...I can rate this store by my first impression...this is a place that I will never recommend you to call and especially go there. You never know if the guy will scream at you confusing you up with another person...poor creature...
