I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Stan. I hadn't bought a home before so it was somewhat stressful event for me but Stan turned it into a pleasant one. Stan was very responsive and helped me find a home in Utah county quickly at a great deal. He helped me do some extra negotiating when the appraisal came in low and was responsive taking me on a number of video tours of homes before I found the one I ended up purchasing.

Stan was awesome to work with. His communication and responsiveness was unparalleled. Every time I had a question I could call/text/email him and he would answer me immediately. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. He answered all of my questions and explained things in a way that I could easily understand. I did not feel in the dark about the process in any way....
