Nice dresses, but terrible customer service. Cut my sisters prom dress about 3 inches too short then refused to order her a new dress and also refused to refund the money back to my mother. The owner cussed out my mom, was disrespectful and condescending. After MUCH arguing and threats of getting a lawyer, the money was refunded. The owner told us to tell all out friends about our experience so...
