I've been living here for about a month. And, given how fast the market moves in South Lake Union, I'm really happy that I found an apartment in Stack House. The amenities are great, and it's close to great restaurants.

Stack House is a new, trendy Leed Platinum certified property. It's got this cool old-meets-new theme going on. I love it. It's kept very clean and is well-maintained-- It's like I see someone cleaning every time I leave in the morning. The other tenants generally keep to themselves, and the building is super quiet.
