I called Mark about 9 in the morning about some problems with my floor joists. I let him know that it was kind of an emergecy because I was refinancing my home and I needed to get it done for my appraisal. He made some changes to his schedule and was able to make it out later that afternoon. He was very professional and was able to get it fixed in about 30 minutes. I can't say enough about...
