We agree with abbas. We do recall sn of a bh Nirmal when he was an administrator at Roseville Nursing home, There were few residents who eloped from facility. He never reported to the state of Michigan. Instead he bribed staff not to tell anyone. He also stayed many nights in the facility to f*c around female staff.
