Rob ( the owner) came to my house to give an estimate, and I had weak spots in my second floor and the hallway and master bedroom were 2-3 squeaks from making me want to jump off my roof! They did two rooms, were to come back for third when furniture out. We weren't going to pay for entire job until done but he said he needed the money. Now he's in th ehospital with "heart problems," my house is in chaos. I'll have to find (and pay for) someone else to finish the job.
