SRH Won't retun calls

As Randy Napier stated in his response, I called 3 times and have yet to get my call returned, I was greeted by nothing but rude evasive employees.

We were referred and bought ERP accounting software from SRH Consulting. They quoted us a price for our needs. We signed the contract paid monies in advance and after 2 years they still have not fixed the bugs in the software, still have not delivered the features promised and started billing us additional money when they attempted to fix what they were supposed to deliver from the beginning....

SRH Response: I Believe This to Be a Bogus Complaint

I believe this to be a bogus complaint. SRH Consulting has been in business under its current ownership since the year 2000, and we have never been accusued of a "scam" of any kind.
It is curious that this complaint was posted earlier today (June 2, 2008), and on the same day I received a call from a "Service Provider" with a company called PurgeNativeLink who had noticed this negative link...
