I have lived here since March 2008. Everything was actually pretty good until last winter. There has been a definite change in the type of people they are moving in. When we first moved in it was mostly small working families. Now, every group I seen move in is either a bunch of college kids or entire like 5-6 person families, and these are only 2 BR apartments. I love it here at spruce court. Its very well decorated and kept clean. Great management and staff. Maintnence is very good. Never have problems getting things taken care of. Its in a very nice location. A lot around to do, King Of Prussia Mall, Shops, Restaraunts, and entertainment. VEry close to route 422, and PA Turnpike.
