Update 8/21 received another collection notice from sprint over $86. They have had my $123 for over 90 days. I called again today when their call center rep did not call me back, and was told I would hear back from them in 3-5 days. So now I have paid them an additional $86 and still waiting on my refund. The employees that work here are very nice and polite. They help you get whatever you need done and don't make you wait too long. The people who work there are knowledgeable and make sure you know what's going on if you have a problem. Overall, working with them is a pleasurable experience.
