Before beginning my comment/complaint I would like to express that in order for a prospective/current/former customer to take the time to write a review it must because:

1. They received Exceptional Great Customer Service or
2. They received Horrible Unacceptable Customer Service

A person is not likely to take the time to write a review if the customer service received was “ordinary”.

...than visit a Sprint store. The horrible lines and inadequate parking are bad enough. But on top of that,the standard procedure requires you to wait in line for 30 minutes, leave your phone and then come...
