sales people are more apt to serve you if you have a trade (150.00 worth of games for 8.50) than sell you a new system. When we went there were 4 employees at behind the counter, 1 line and a smarty pants manager, oh and 1 guy kept telling him......"I'm off the clock 30min. ago.." The one in the mall...much faster with 1 employee.
I have had multiple problems with my phone, and everytime I have gone into the store the technicians have always been friendly and helpful in resolving my issues. They are always packed so be patient and have some time to spare because you will be there for a while!
I went to this location to get a phone switched from Corporate to personal liability. I showed 2 employees (one was the manager) an email I had with a phone #. They told me that I needed a note from my company to switch regardless of what the email said. I left the store and called it myself. They rep on the line said they would have faxed the letter to the store if they just would've called....
