The worst sprint store, unprofessional stuff, waited over an hour while the workers were hanging out and taking breaks....not recommend at all... Bad manage!

I had misplaced my phone. Not only did I not get any help from the sales people, the quote, manager rushed me out of the door saying he was closing in 5 minutes. Happy ending, the phone although set to silent, was finally found in the couch cushions. In the event I ever need to visit a sprint store, I'll try Westwood or Culver City before I walk the 5 blocks from my house to Wilshire and Lincoln

Great experience. Walked in there 15 minutes before closing and thought I was going to get rushed out the door. On the contrary! They told us to take our time and took care of us nicely. The customer service from Shahab was professional and caring. Took his time, shaved some dollars off of our bill …
