The sign says "Coke 3 For 9".  So you are right it doesn't say "after $2 off coupon".But let me ask you this.  3 What?  Is it 3-Liters, 3-2 Liters, 3-12 Packs, 3-24 Packs.   You see anything you give as an answer is an "assumption" on your part because the sign doesn't state it.You could have just as easily walked into the store and if they said "Yea the 3 for 9 is three 2 Liter bottles for 9...

CVS on Hamilton Mill Rd is advertising on their outside sign "Coke 3 for 9".  At that price  I went inside to purchase the coke at 3 for $9.  I was told by the clerk that they are 3 for $11. Then you get a $2  coupon back "which is like buying them for $9". No it is not when you outside sign says 3 for $9.
