Pathetic customer service is rampant in this company. Not only did they charge me over $150 on a student promotional plan that was supposedly "free" after i paid $800 for a note 3 but they were incredibly rude when i came to the store and when i called customer care. I will never use sprint again, ive switched to a prepaid service and now use my note 3 as a wireless device...
