when i first got there i had a broken trackball on my blackberry, so i needed to get it repaired. The greeter informed me that i would get service in 15 minutes so i was like 'cool... not a long wait' boy was i wrong!I was number 18 in a line of customers, so i had no doubt that it would take much longer than expected.
