Make sure you try the phone at your location. The service area maps are not accurate. We went through the whole process of switching phones over to sprint because when we moved our old provider had no service. Got home with the sprint service and it didn't work either. What a mess. The staff was very helpful as was the manager.
Very disappointed in the service here. Though they were very friendly and helpful on the surface they proved to be quite incompetent. Our account was charged for a phone that we paid for out of pocket. Reimbursement after that has proved to be an uphill battle.
