Fleas, huge roaches and mice. The British apartment manager is so rude it's scary. Really hard to deal with. Very disorganized.

Overpriced with old/dingy bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Be aware they will not return your full deposit regardless of how clean you leave the apartment. I thought this complaint was overblown...
