We usually stay at a Marriott Brand when we travel, from their high end of JW Marriott to low end of Fairfield Inn. This was by far our worst experience. The reception staff needs serious customer service training, and so does the Manager. Absolutely unhelpful and unbending regarding honouring vouchers. Just a little hidden from the main road. Very friendly staff. Fast internet. Clean. The free breakfast was of better quality than most I have seen, with fresher ingredients.
