Nice, walking distance to convention center

Went for a quick business meeting, the courtyard, Fairfield and Springhill are all in the same building...huh? But anyways the price was good, the room was nice, updated etc, and even with a lot of construction going on it was quiet for sleeping. Would recommend. Starbucks right outside as well.

Nice hotel in downtown Houston

The hotel is in the center of Houston downtown. Very convenient location. The parking is expensive due to its location. The room is very clean. Wifi signal is good. Due to holiday season, the breakfast was located on Residence Inn side. Overall it's a good hotel.

It can be a little tricky to locate the entrance as there are multiple Marriott properties on this block, but as long as you pay attention to the overhead signs, you can find it.
