Problematic and staff unhelpful

We started our stay with not having enough blankets for the pull out sofa, were given additional sheets only to find blood stains on them. The sheets were removed while we were out for the day and not replaced at all. I also noticed upon returning that something was spilled on the carpet and my suitcase, staining the entire bottom half. No one could help me at the front desk.

This was a nice hotel and staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that there was only one TV. The "suite" part didn't have its own TV.

The room was nice...had a good amount of space and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good also. Pool was not the best.

The layout and the condition of the hotel was excellent. The hospitality shown from the time we entered the check in desk to the time we left was great! Our sleep was interrupted due to someone was having trouble with their lock so they had to enter through our room and we were compensated and thanked several times for allowing them to interrupt us at that time of the night.
