Garrett told us at the beginning of the tour if anyone was dissatisfied to talk to him and he would work something out. He was interesting to listen to. If you have proof he's not truthful you should Have given specific details. We found the tour to be very interesting. Everyone in our group was thoroughly satisfied. I'm sorry you feel the way you do. He gave us many good suggestions of things...

Garret was a fantastic host, as he walked through some of Springfield's lesser know history.If we come back to Springfield we would certainly engage him again
