Promise Not Kept as Mr. Willis States

This is very funny.  This man refused to talk with us.  He hung up in our faces and his last words to us via e-mail were "i pick who i want to work with...not the other way around. i will no longer respond to your phone calls or emails."  And so now he wants to respond? Client Complaint re. Closing Documents

Auality documents were delivered to this client as promised. The client waited nearly six months to say that the transaction for which thedocuments were prepared did not go through.  The client wanted a refund.This is not our policy and it is not reasonable.  This office performed as promised.We are not responsible for transactions outside of our control that do not close.
