I recently moved to the Troy/Lansingburg area. Looking for a new Chinese food establishment to call my own I decided to give Spring Garden a try. I could not think of a worse waste of money. (Except maybe giving multi-million dollar bonuses to CEOs of failing corporate companies shortly after receiving a huge bail out from the government...but that's another rant all together...) I love spring garden! They are my absolute favorite. The egg foo young is the best here.

Well, this is 3ish blocks away from my home, & i go there often... & you can see them cook right in front of you... nothings ever frozen. & its YUMMY =)

We have been ordering food from this establishment for years (since it opened). We have never been disappointed. The food is excellent (tried many items) and the prices are pretty good. Deliverly time is usually a lot faster than they tell you. If you read the paper (5/25/06 article on fake $100 bills), then you will know they are also honest. We have gone to most every chinese take-out and...
