Much Improved. I used to dislike Spring Creek. Didn't like the vinegary sauce. Each time I had visited, I ended up leaving disappointed. My latest visit threw me for a loop though. Service was great behind the counter, the restaurant was tidy and most importantly, the food was great. The six ribs (lunch special) were juicy and tender. This is a great place to eat usually. We usually eat there at least once a month. On the occasion we were dissatisfied with not getting any bread (we got a piece with our meal that was hard) so when we ask for a roll the girl said sorry all these are his. She had like 8 or 9 dozen sitting there..it will be a bit she said. Several people had to go ask for bread to get turned down. Bad business.

I loved this bbq place. I always get the peppered sausage and its always been good. Their loaded baked potatoes are awesome and can be a meal by them selves. The wait staff are super friendly...

Hands down the worst barbecue experience I've had in Texas, maybe even the whole country. Dry meats and terrible sides. Might just be this location but...
