This was not for a heat pump, it was for a ductless minisplit system to replace an old furnace. These people were far better at explaining the new form of Heat/AC than the others I interviewed, their service was more complete, and their followup service is just excellent. Other companies seemed more about sales, while these people understand service and customer relations.

First you meet with Charlie, who is going to help you and he does, you tell him what you want he will help you all the way. He also phones back when you leave a message. A rare quality these days!
Then David and Marcus are doing the job. David will explain to you what he does, how he does it and he also will find the best solution.
