FABULOUS! I'm a college student who is renting a house with 4 other girls, we know nothnig about upkeeping a home. The Spotless team was great. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone and come the next day and fix our broken gutter. The price was incredibly fair for us poor college students. The girls signed a 4 times a year contract with them.

We recently moved from Garden City and came across this review while looking for gutter cleaning services near our new house. I was wondering whether Theresa reported her problem with Spotless to the office manager. We had been customers for over 4 years when we did have a problem. When I notified the office manager she was extremely apologetic and was very helpful in correcting the situation....

I had a totally different experience. The worker showed up without a chimney cap after I had previously told the owner what size cap I needed and was given an estimated price of $150 including installation. He then made a few phone calls and said he could get me one but it would be over $200 for just the cap and then the additionalcost of installation. Of course, I was angry and told him that...

We own several large rental properties on Long Island. We have had such difficulty getting people to do the gutter cleaning and repairs on these properties. This company has been very reliable. They ALWAYS answer and return our calls and then do exactly what was requested of them. We only have good things to say about the owner, John and his crew.
