This was a nightmare. The walls are so thin, you can literally hear people going to the bathroom next door, let alone not being able to sleep with all the doors closing and people talking.
When I told the front desk staff I wanted to check out early because I didn't like it there, they said NOT ONE WORD. Great customer service, huh?

This was my first time in LA. I chose this hotel because it was close to everything. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle service so I reserved an airport shuttle to the hotel. The check in was so quick! First night, there was a wedding reception right outside our balcony with LOUD base from the DJ until almost 11pm. Sound proofing in the rooms is horrible and I had to use my ear plugs to get any sleep. The rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller.
