We stopped in here for a late lunch on a road trip home to Chicago. Good burgers and decent salads. Mediocre onion rings. But very nice wait staff. With about a dozen TV screens you can watch virtually any sporting event you want while enjoying a cold beverage and a bite to eat.
Sports Time is a privately owned restaurant with wide appeal to the community, not just sports fans. They serve great burgers, a pork tenderloin that busts out of the bun, and a good variety of salads. Their sweet potato fries are great! The place can be noisy, especially on Trivia night, but the atmosphere is friendly and upbeat.
I'm basing this on two visits. The first time I went alone at lunch and the food was very typical of what you would find in a sports bar. Nothing stood out and I remember the wait was long.

Another place close to home. Food is always great. Plentiful portions and good quality. Typically I get either the cranberry chicken salad or the Santa fe salad but the big sexy salad is also popular too. You get homemade potato chips waffle fries or tots and another side with sandwiches. Pretzel buns or wraps are just some of the choices....
