Short wait and complimentary MVP upgrade since it was our first time. My boys liked the TV's and the hot towels! They even gave us a coupon for $5 off for our next visit. Stylists were nice too....

I love that they have an HD tv with ESPN on at all times. That and the price for a 'Varsity Cut' is a few bucks cheaper than other places. It helps pass the time while you wait, which you will....
