Only taking off one star because it's in a mall making it smaller and busier than most sports chalets. Otherwise I often come here to get my snowboard tuned up and waxed and they do a pretty good job too. Most people who work here know what they're taking about and have good knowledge on their department.

Good selection of hiking and camping stuff I was looking for. Prices are okay. Staff could be a little more helpful though. Overall a good store to shop at.

Good selection of merchandise, but when I mentioned to the cashier that the racks were probably violating the American with Disabilities Act, the cashier coped an attitude. Apparently, they were aware that the racks were inaccessible but had an excuse. I am abled bodied, but feel for people who have to struggle unneccessarily.
