Excellent Thai food served in a smallish BYOB spot on busy Western Avenue.

In ShortWhile Spoon Thai does a great deal of takeout and delivery, the atmosphere is pleasant for dine-in. Stick to Thai specialties for a first-class meal. I discovered this Lincoln Square gem when I first moved to Chicago and I would say it's my go-to Thai. The Beef and Broccoli is always spot-on; the Pad See Ew tasty; and the special Thai menu something worth looking at. It's an easy spot with parking out front, BYOB, and fast.

Thai Spoon is probably the best of the 4 Thai restaurants in the Lincoln Square area of Chicago. (Sadly none really rate a "very good" score.)
The decor is attractive, service was okay, and the food decent, but the big bargain is the 20% discount the first time you order online take out.
