I took my bike in for a repair. The bike suffered additional breakage while under their control. I had to pay for replacement parts for which I was charged full price and they continued to make a profit. Oh, they did give me $5 off on labor for a $70 piece of equipment.

I have yet to make a major purchase from Spokes in Wheaton. However, I have taken three bikes to them which I did not purchase there and they completed 2 tune tups, brake adjustments, and a headset installation. Two of those visits were "while you wait" service. I'm considering having a Body Geometry fit done by them and if Pinarello or Guru are my next bike, they will be the shop I go to.
