Update: the tool they 'repaired' broke again in the exact same way a few days after I got it back. I was driving a 2.5" deck screw into a 2x4. Just avoid these guys!

Just not happy ...I bought a "Little Wonder" hedge trimmer from your company a couple of years or so ago...continuous problems with it almost from day one..Your repair facility is the only ones that have worked on it. Several months ago I decided to buy a shorter blade so I took it in only to find out the part was on back order. Okay, I left it with your company for two months without a word...
