SPM Resorts claims that I had purchased a Time Share interest in their Ocean Club at Smuggler's Beach Resort in South Yarmouth ,  MA.  A copy of a fraudulent Deed naming me as owner of this Time Share interest was sent to me along with invoices for common area and condominium fees.  These ckaims for payment are fraudulent and the company has been unwilling to corect this fraudulent claim.
